I'm a design leader with 15+ years building teams, systems, and products that stand the test of time.

I hold 7 patents and have spent my career creating the foundations that make great design repeatable at scale. I got the opportunity to partner with companies across enterprise infrastructure, global learning platforms, and consumer product. Mostly focused on building design foundations that let great teams do their best work. Based in San Diego, I'm drawn to opportunities in the AI space and consumer-facing products.

Outside of design, you'll usually find me exploring video games, smart home automation, woodworking, 3D printing, or dialing in espresso. I also build native macOS utilities. The latest is HueTint, an App Store app for instant folder and file color organization.

At Nutanix, I led the Visual Design function across the full product portfolio. Overseeing a UI/UX refresh, scaling an accessibility program, and driving design system adoption that reduced UI dev time by an estimated 3x. I embedded AI into design operations workflows and ran an internal designers-learning-AI course.

Outside of work, I'm usually deep in a side project — from a Rivian-inspired Unreal Engine experiment to design tooling plugins and token extractors. I've been known to spend a disproportionate amount of time dialing in espresso, visiting new coffee places in San Diego and occasionally arguing with a 3D printer.
